General Provisions
The laws in force in New South Wales govern this agreement. You permanently accept to the non-restricted jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales and Courts of Appeal from them and/or any relevant tribunals for determining any disagreement concerning this agreement. We may legally consign any of our rights and obligations under this agreement at any time by giving you notice.

Ownership, copyright and trademarks
You acknowledge that:

1. The content of the Australian Sports Car Rentals website is severely forbidden from unauthorized use.

Warranties
Australian Sports Car Rentals grants no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Australian Sports Car Rentals website, performance and any service, information or offers provided to the highest extent allowable by appropriate law.

Bookings and Inquiries
Australian Sports Car Rentals directs all reservations created by you to the appropriate Sports Car Rental Location.

By making a reservation you agree that:

♦ The rates shown above do not include petrol
♦ The total rental value is calculated using the rate selected above x the quantity of days plus other options selected.
♦ Whilst every effort is made to satisfy your preference, a particular colour can not be guaranteed.
♦ You authorise for your credit card provided to be charged for a non-refundable deposit upto 50% of the total rental value to secure your reservation.
♦ A credit card surcharge applies to all credit card payments - 2% credit card surcharge applies to Visa Card and Mastercard and a 4% credit card charge is applicable to American Express or Diners Cards.
♦ A rental bond is provided prior to your rental commencement date for the amount as provided on our website for the specific car reserved.
♦ By making a reservation, you have read the reservation terms & conditions on the Australian Sports Car Rentals website

Collection of Information
Booking information is securely stored and is not sold or offered to any other party outside of the Sports Car Rentals group. Information received by Australian Sports Car Rentals is limited to communications from Australian Sports Car Rentals third parties and direct requests made by you. Australian Sports Car Rentals Pty Ltd does not accept accountability where a third-party has entered details consisting of email addresses belonging to other parties.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for drive days and rentals via our website. Upon purchase of a gift voucher, the purchase is processed and a voucher will be sent to you via email or mail.

The recipient of the gif voucher will need to contact our reservations on 1300 793 682.

Conditions:
All gift vouchers for drive days and sports car rental are non-refundable where a reservation has been made and the drive day/vehicle rental can not proceed due to:
- Act of God
- Weather: Participants of the drive day may vote to postpone the scheduled drive day should the weather be likely to cause hazard or considered to be a potential road safety hazard.

Should a drive day or vehicle rental not proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, a new drive day will be re-scheduled for another date within 48hours of the cancellation.

Indemnity
As a condition for your acceptance to use the Australian Sports Car Rentals website including any records, information, offers, misleading information or omissions, you agreed that Australian Sports Car Rentals shall be indemnified against any damage, loss, liability as a result from you acceptance of any information provided by the Australian Sports Car Rentals website.
